You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating proper attention to detail. ROLE: Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management YOU: Enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful attitude Strong listening & problem-solving skills. Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues Computer Literate Able to multitask and prioritise a busy workload Excellent communication, organisation, and inter-personal skills.
