As part of the wider Assets Team, and reporting to the Asset Manager – Offices & Sites, this role is responsible for managing positive interactions and community engagement enquiries through various communication streams including face to face greeting of visitors to the office, dealing with enquiries by phone and email and supporting the organisation goals through administrative tasks. • Permanent, full-time role • Based in Collingwood • $38.47 per hour super NFP salary packaging • Additional wellbeing leave available What you'll be doing: Providing a positive experience to all staff and visitors arriving at the office, and ensuring a high level of service is provided, representing the Launch Housing brand with passion and pride. Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, empowered to answer community requests and queries and where relevant, directing calls appropriately for the best possible caller outcome. Escalating any media requests from journalists to the Media Officer. Managing inbox and any other direct email communications and manage incoming and outgoing mail. Directing clients to the nearby Entry Point (Oxford Street) with empathy and kindness. Ensuring the Reception desk and area is tidy, clean and welcoming. Administering transactions and customer service-related queries related to individual donations and appeals.
