In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a variety of administrative tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The Position Handling customer enquiries regarding service, parts, and orders promptly and courteously Resolving customer enquiries via phone and email with a sense of urgency and professionalism Utilising SAP to efficiently advise on stock availability and provide accurate information to customers Managing and resolving customer issues swiftly, ensuring customer satisfaction Handling credit, returns, and warranty claims efficiently Updating customer account information with precision Performing other general administrative duties as required The Candidate Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience handling high-volume orders via phone and email Self-motivated and ready to take on challenges Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a busy and supportive team environment Experience with SAP is highly beneficial A background in Transport and Logistics will be advantageous but is not essential The Benefits $35.00 per hour Superannuation 3-month Temporary assignment Based in Western Sydney Friendly and supportive company environment Free on-site parking If you’re eager to make an impact and have the skills we’re looking for, apply now to join this global Transport & Logistics company in Western Sydney
