About our client As a leading, family owned earthmoving company our client have been servicing the Ballarat and surrounding areas for a number of years. They have developed strong long term relationships with a variety of organisations including councils and government departments, major civil contractors, development companies through to smaller domestic clients. As they continue a busy 2024 we are seeking to appoint a number of experienced Civil Construction staff members to the following roles; Excavator Operator - 13 Tonne Excavator Operator - 25 Tonne Dump Truck Drivers/Roller Operators/Labourers Work will be Monday to Friday mostly around the local area. Overtime is also available. These positions will be offered as full time permanent after the completion of a trial period. About you We are looking for team players who are happy to perform a variety of roles where required. Desirable skills, licences, attributes and experiences are; Previous civil experience using a variety of buckets and attachments Possess the ability to work autonomously and manage own workloads as well as in small team settings Strong eye for detail Display care for the equipment you use including completing daily pre start and maintenance checks The ability to take direction and relay significant information to management A focus towards quality and safety Ability to work in physically demanding environments (for labouring roles) To apply Submit your resume Justin Thompson at Workforce Extensions.
