The Role Running the restaurant as a standalone business, maximising profitability whilst maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service Being a Leader and role model to our F&B Team in providing exceptional guest service whilst up-skilling and developing each team member specifically around product knowledge and service standards Establishing and maintaining an enthusiastic and energised atmosphere in our Argentinean Restaurant Ensuring high attention in Administration, F&B system usage, Payroll Controls, Order & Roster Management. Identifying growth opportunities and successfully implementing them Building organisational capability through the management and development of a cohesive, motivated team who are engaged in our vision Collaborating with other department heads, staying up-to-date with industry trends and assist with marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase value of existing ones What are we looking for?
