Job Description As our Construction Safety Advisor you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the safety management system for construction projects. In this role you’ll also responsible for undertaking desktop and on-site safety audits and driving safe work practices within our construction projects. Develop and maintain construction safety management system procedures and guidance material Review and critique external partner project-specific safety management plans and client requirements Participate in High Risk workshops with the project management team Undertake routine onsite construction inspections to ensure safety issues are appropriately identified, assessed and risks are mitigated Complete site inspection reports, including findings and following up on the implementation of corrective actions Manage reporting processes for customer projects as well as internal reporting
