An opportunity has now arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to work in a major new CBD Facility to be responsible for administration and organisation of general warehouse office duties. About the Opportunity Working with a close knit team, key responsibilities include the following: Provide administration support to the Warehouse & the Engineering Warehouse. Support the writing of all documentation including SOP's. Prepare the Schedule for the warehouse, raise Stock Transfer Orders in SAP & complete log books. Ensure all documentation completed & stored following GxP guidelines. Support access control requests & schedule building walk throughs. Effectively liaise internally & externally with key stakeholders. About you Sound administration skills ideally within a warehouse. Strong KPI reporting & generating graphs using M S Office and SAP. Demonstrated report writing skills. Strong attention to detail. Good HSE regulations & requirements for a warehouse. Sound communication & interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a team and individually.
