Assist all team members in executing Bar service standards. Work with the Funlab F&B team, the Venue Management team and other venues Bar Supervisors. Ensure the Bar is always well presented and compliant. Assist with stock management Ensure the cleanliness & maintenance of the bar is a high priority for the team. Implementation of any company wide operational changes. Onboarding and ongoing training of all Motherfunners who work in the bar using Funlab’s training documentation and tools. Understanding of Bar products lines and offerings. Leads & motivates the bar team during peak shifts to assist with driving revenues, & driving the guest experience. Ensures the bar team is following RSA standards at all times and communicates concerns to the Manager on Duty. Assists with Managing bar team breaks in accordance with SMD. Motivates & drives Beverage promotions within the team to increase sales. High Knowledge of Responsible Service of Alcohol practices & venue licence. Knowledge of Funlab’s Core Values and Rules of Engagement. Demonstrated experience in a Funlab bar. Good communication skills both within the venue team and with Funlab Food & Beverage Team. Ability to train staff and adapt to different learning styles Keen?
