About the role The Administration Officer is responsible for overseeing and executing a range of administrative functions of our client, including, but not limited to general reception duties, processing paperwork, creating invoices, coding accounts payable etc. Working with the management team, this role will be required to provide an array of administration support the every day functions of the business and will be tasked with identifying key areas for process improvement and lead change required. Key Responsibilities for the role (but not limited to): Greet any customers, supplier or other that come to site Answer phones and provide relevant support/take messages as required Ensure office remains a presentable standard for all visitors Deliver exceptional customer service Lead accounts payable and receivable processes, including any customer and supplier queries. Provide administrative support to the management team, including assistance with paperwork and compliance requirements Provide support to general team members Manage Uniform requests Manage Travel requirements for team members Database support including data entry Skills & experience Knowledge of the Agricultural Industry (Preferred) Experience using Reckon accounting software (Preferred) At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies and implement change Strong communication skills Strong administration skills, including computer literacy Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Well organised with high attention to detail Hold current drivers licence Culture You will be joining a very supportive and close knit team who strives for excellence everyday Every member of the team is encouraged to self-develop to further their careers.
