About us: We are currently seeking a detailed-oriented and organised Scheduler to join our team. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities of this role include. Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to develop comprehensive project schedules. Utilize scheduling software (such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools) to create, update, and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or obstacles. Analyse schedule variances and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track. Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders. Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule performance metrics. Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling expertise and support as needed. Assist in the development of baseline schedules for new projects. Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in scheduling techniques. Prepared to travel to site when required. Experience required: Tertiary Qualifications (Advantageous) Scheduling/Programming –preparation, setting of milestones and ensuring timely completion.
