A Legal Assistant opportunity, working within Family Law for a Mid-tier national firm Moss & Co have partnered with a leading, independent Australian law firm with a global reach. We're recruiting for a Legal Assistant in their Family Law team. As a Legal Assistant in this team, you will work closely with other Legal Assistants providing support to multiple fee earners. Your responsibilities will include: Diary and inbox management Liaise with clients, courts, other solicitors, barristers and third parties Travel management Drafting basic correspondence and court documents Undertaking basic property and ASIC searches Perform administrative services: typing, editing, formatting and proof-reading letters, memos, briefs and court documents Dictation Time recording of relevant tasks Archiving and file closure procedures Our client is looking for someone with prior admin or legal experience.
