The role involves assisting with daily living activities, community access, and supporting behaviours of concern. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household duties. Support the client in accessing the community, participating in social activities, and pursuing hobbies. Implement and follow individual behaviour support plans. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for the client. Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
