Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team, based out of North Brisbane. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for their valued customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all customers, while contributing to the overall success and positive culture of the business. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented approach Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or related field, with prior exposure to manufacturing or a consumer goods environment highly regarded Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Prior experience with D365 or SAP highly regarded What We Offer: Competitive salary and flexible working environment, with internal performance incentives such as gift cards and social perks Opportunities for professional growth and development – not just here in Australia, but globally.
