The role Our client is a well-established tech innovator and a market leader in B2B solutions. Due to substantial growth within their Sydney CBD office, we are now recruiting for their Customer Service division. The role: Address business queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution, through inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails. Engage with non-transacting customers, address concerns, and facilitate transactions. Contribute to maintaining a low merchant churn rate. Handle customer cancellations with the aim of resolving issues and retaining customers. Review reports and develop action plans to proactively retain customers.
