We're looking for an experienced Bar and Gaming Manager to join the crew at Kings Meadows Hotel. In the role you will take ownership of day-to-day bar and gaming operations with a hands-on approach. oversee cost controls, budget management and financial reporting. train and develop your team. Ensuring all staff are briefed on bar and gaming activities bring a skill set which combines hospitality expertise, an ability to lead, and a drive to create a standout local venue. know you have a team behind you, helping handle gaming, function and event sales, marketing, HR, and operational compliance. Allowing you to focus on the day to day, building great connections with our customers and community and leading our amazing team. Experience in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling. The right fit will be able to work across a rotating roster, you must be available to work nights and weekends. have that hospitality agility to find solutions and adapt to business needs quickly. bring ample hospitality leadership experience (3 years) particularly in bar and gaming settings. have their RSA and RCG (essential). have a knack for making folks feel right at home the second they walk in.
