PERMANENT Opportunity Hybrid working arrangement ( 3 days a week on-site in Melbourne CBD) Remuneration Package: Open to discuss ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with extensive experience in administering the ServiceNow platform , specifically the Washington DC release . The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation of enhancements to the platform. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Administer the ServiceNow platform on a daily basis, handling user group management, roles, permissions, and data management. Monitor system performance, address issues, and implement necessary fixes to maintain optimal platform functionality. Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the platform. Develop and integrate new features to enhance workflows and boost efficiency. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and responding to platform-related inquiries. Create and conduct training sessions and materials to ensure user proficiency with the platform. Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow. Adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain data security and integrity. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and administrative procedures. Generate and distribute reports on platform performance, usage, and other key metrics. MORE ABOUT YOU Overall 7 years of ServiceNow experience , including 3 years in administration. Experience with the Washington DC release of ServiceNow . Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities , including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules. ServiceNow System Administration certification. ITIL Foundation certification preferred. Project and agile experience are advantageous.
