About the Role: As the Administrator, Accounts Administration & Receivables, you will be responsible for assisting internal and external stakeholders with a wide range of complex transactions and queries for all of CPA Australia, which will be a combination of offline event registrations & group bookings, CPA Program & professional development enrolments, membership renewals, payments, and user technical issues. Just to name a few. The role also works closely with staff globally to ensure compliance with the related processes, as well as the technology team on testing enhancements to our systems. As part of this role, your key duties include: Investigation of complex payment and invoice issues, follow up of outstanding debts, coordination of on account and group invoicing, and Accounts payable creditor record maintenance Offline event registrations, CPA Program & professional development enrolments and membership renewals. Timely and accurate processing of offline payments: cheques; EFT; on account; groups, and processing of refunds and exchanges in line with policy Develop and maintain reports and analysis for debts, and payment/ refund failures, and create and maintain process and procedure guidance material for key tasks Daily management of email inboxes, CE case queues and mail to ensure requests and issues are assigned correctly and actioned in accordance within service level agreements Act as an escalation point for difficult or complex queries & issues as they relate to assigned portfolio, including assisting with outbound messaging Accurate and timely recording of all contact/interactions in member & customer records Develop, maintain and share subject matter expertise of processes, policies and systems About You: Ideally you will be an exceptional administrator with experience in a fast paced, administration or customer service environment providing superior customer service, being highly organised and have well developed attention to detail skills. You will also have: Experience with a range of software with intermediate skills in MS Excel & Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflict Strong technology and financial acumen Process improvement / project management knowledge & skills - formal training would be a plus Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines & SLA’s Able to handle confidential/sensitive information appropriately Experience with MS Dynamics would be advantageous Why we love working here: We are a Values led organisation, we C reate opportunity, P ursue excellence, A chieve together Monthly Health and Wellbeing sessions, weekly learning labs, generous reward and recognition program.
