This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading The position is responsible for the delivering services that provide timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to the Victorian community, ensuring high levels of customer service delivery and the provision of a quality customer experience which is easy, convenient, and secure as possible. The Responsibilities: Provide timely, high quality customer service, consistent with the organisation's values, as assessed by internal reviews and customer feedback. Ensure legislative, the organisation's policy and procedures are applied accurately and consistently through the review of quality control strategies. Contribute to the integrity of all records by accurate and efficient data processing. Conduct driving assessments in accordance with established the organisation's standards, advise applicants of the assessment outcome, including details of performance and deficiencies for educational purposes. Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority. Perform administrative activities to support the provision of service delivery. Acknowledge, resolve and record customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues. Contribute to the development of new ideas, including the identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency of work processes and the implementation of changes in the workplace. Comply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations ensuring confidentiality privacy and integrity of information is not compromised. As a team member, perform work as required in line with capabilities to contribute to the success of the organisation's ; and Educate and promote the organisation's ' digital platform/online service. The Requirements: Significant experience working in a Customer Service, Customer Service Facing, Customer Service Call Centre environment Highly developed customer service skills Highly developed interpretive and analysis skills Highly developed verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills. Well-developed computer and digital skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexible to work a variety of different hours each week. Available to work 20-38 hours per week. Willingness to work flexibly within operational hours; and Ability to travel within the area and neighbouring centres as per the needs of the business. Possession of Current and Valid C Class Drivers Licence. Possession of or ability to obtain a current National Police Certificate.
