A full time opportunity exists for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join this leading provider of healthcare equipment and assistive technology for Hospitals, Residential Aged-Care Facilities, Home & Community Care in Thomastown. Full time hours; Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Northern suburbs Competitive salary on offer paid overtime You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers with an empathetic approach. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include, although are not limited to: Making Outbound calls to customers regarding their hired medical equipment Developing and maintaining relationships with the varied and vulnerable client base Processing customer requests including payments or requests to pick up hired equipment Provide a polite and professional level of customer service to all customers Maintaining customer account details Liaising with internal stakeholders accordingly to ensure that the best customer service is provided for our customers. To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following attributes: Previous experience in an office based customer service or administration position Can work both independently and as a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and problem solving skills An ability to thrive in a fast paced customer service environment Empathetic and patient Excellent phone mannerisms Good computer literacy skills - experience using MS Office essential and experience using a CRM/ERP highly regarded The successful candidate will have a passion for great customer service and have a positive attitude.
