A leader in their field, they provide a quality workwear range including uniforms, corporate and industrial workwear and sporting attire. Due to growth within the business, we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Eagle Farm. THE ROLE Develop realistic budgets by month and year for each customer Responsible for management and growth of current and new customers through regular meetings and follow up to ensure that customers achieve both their monthly and annual budgets Monitor sales performance of all customers Introduce and promote new products and ranges to customers Provide ongoing sales reporting to Head Office Timely feedback of product and customer opportunities to Head Office Manage communication with accounts and identify and resolve issues effectively Attend trade shows and relevant customer events Conduct sales presentations both internally and externally Execute special projects on an as needed basis Maintain CRM database THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Sales and account management experience in a similar industry Experience building business and providing excellence in customer service Possess a strong sales drive with proven success in achieving and exceeding financial targets Ability to plan resources effectively, anticipate obstacles and develop solutions Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with a focus on building long term partnerships Ability to be resourceful and problem solve effectively Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills Cross functional influencing skills to drive profitability and efficiency ON OFFER Fantastic opportunity to represent this well-known brand and lead their Brisbane sales Tools of the trade: company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop Above industry salary super Job security If you have a demonstrated history of maximising new business opportunities and achieving sales targets, please APPLY NOW.
