We have night shifts available for immediate start We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join our team and drive efficiency in our operations. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Warehousing Dispatching Forklift Operation (Counterbalance) Leading Hand/Team Leader roles WMS/SAP Experience Cold Storage (-22 degrees) MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) OH&S policies. Skills: High level of initiative, personal drive, resilience, and patience Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills Duties: Fill in workload gaps during peak periods, including loading, unloading, and picking with a forklift. Monitor stock received from production, identifying, and resolving packing process failures. Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment to achieve company objectives. Maintain regular correspondence with internal stakeholders via email. Record and report daily on team performance and address abnormalities. Assist in continuous improvement projects with the Freezer Manager Monitor dispatching operations, addressing discrepancies in documents and stock quality.
