Key Responsibilities Reception: Maintain a clean and inviting office environment. Telephone Operations: Answer rental enquiries and provide switchboard support. Direct calls and relay messages promptly. Handle leasing enquiries immediately. Office Management: Complete daily checklists. Prepare meeting rooms as instructed. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks. Stationery Management: Track and order stationery and printing supplies. Mail Handling: Manage daily mail and ensure invoices are approved before processing. Maintain a mail register. Courier Services: Organise and manage courier services. Distribute internal mail. Key Management: Maintain the key register and manage key distribution.
