Job Description The Food and Beverage Bar Supervisor is responsible for the operations of the Restaurant, Bar, Conference, Villa Catering and Pool Bar operations. This Full time role works across a 24/7 rotating roster so you'll have plenty of variety in your supervisory shifts The responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Bar Supervisor include: Ensuring efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests. Providing for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations. Familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met. Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving. Ensure staff are competent in all service procedures and they are able to maximize sales to guests. Set up and pack down of events/conference rooms and coordination on the day with suppliers. Handle any escalated guest complaints to a guest focused solution. Ensure guest billing is completed accurately following Hotel procedure and that correct charges are posted.
