About the role The primary role of the Café Team Leader is to provide supervision of Cornerstone Café and assist the Café Manager in the day-to-day operations of the venue. The Café Team Leader is to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service standards from the wider team. It is a role that requires an individual who is committed to providing a high standard of work and is able to work both individually and as part of a team.
