Job Description Company: EGM is partnering with a reputable medical organisation in Adelaide. The Bookings Administrator is a key support role responsible for managing communication and overseeing administrative functions within the medical organisation. This role ensures exceptional service to staff, working collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in all tasks. Ability to adapt and work on high volumes of work will be crucial in the success of the role. Key Position Details: CBD location Full time hours; 8.30am - 4.30pm OR 9.00am-5.00pm Salary approx $61,500k Super annually Great team culture Modern offices Key responsibilities Managing all incoming correspondence via the business central email (between 250-300 per day) Liaising with staff, doctors, and 3rd party organisations including surgeons’ rooms, general clinics, and hospitals The distribution of information and documentation including theatre lists, medical correspondence, and general information Attaching documentation to the data base system, and communicating details as required Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and efficient communication of correspondence Support the Bookings Team Essential Criteria Demonstrated strong admin data entry and attention to detail in high volume environments Demonstrated strong knowledge of Outlook and Adobe High level ability to prioritise and organise workflow effectively Always retain the privacy and confidentiality of patients Reliable – in presence and consistency to deliver on completing tasks Strong communicator – to communicate professionally at various levels including staff, doctors, and external parties Demonstrated genuine desire to service clients and support others Enjoy working as a team and having fun Benefits Staff wellbeing program Annual performance and development review linked to bonus Staff recognition and team building events Strong culture of fun and having each other’s back
