Key Responsibilities: Receive inbound calls from clients and handle general advice queries. Schedule sign-up meetings for consultants and advisers. Complete accurate data entry across all data points. Maintain database information through recording, matching and checking records. Maintain and action incoming emails at multiple points during the day. Complete general admin duties as required.
