Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Process and track work orders, invoices, and other documentation. Coordinate with plumbing technicians to ensure project timelines are met. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Utilize iOS software for various administrative tasks. Leverage Simpro for effective project management and scheduling. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a trade or service industry.
