Key Responsibilities: Foster and maintain tenant relationships, driving performance Develop and implement strategies for additional income streams (including casual leasing, storage, signage, and car parking) Oversee the management of debtors for the asset Assist the Portfolio Manager with annual performance metrics Support the Leasing team with tenant risk assessment, lease obligations, and occupancy optimisation Manage critical events, ensure accuracy of tenancy schedules, and oversee monthly rent roll and billings in collaboration with the Property Accountant Collect and analyse monthly retailer turnover data Contribute to the Strategic Asset Plan and make recommendations for capital improvements Help compile monthly management reports Lead asset-specific marketing initiatives and support the execution of the marketing strategy Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain presentation quality, and enhance customer experience in day-to-day asset management Skills and experience: Experience as a Retail or Administration Manager for shopping centres Strong financial acumen and budget management skills Familiarity with MRI Property Management Software is beneficial, but not essential Understanding of retail leasing Stakeholder and contract management abilities Leadership and people management skills Benefits: Work directly for the property landlord QLD retail portfolio City fringe office with staff parking How to apply: Hit APPLY, or contact us on the details below: Amanda Miron or Marton Volep 0467 055 244 amironiconicrecruit.com.au All applications will be held in strict confidence, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
