You will delve into data-driven insights to inform curriculum development, assessment, and process improvement. This role demands a strategic mindset to shape accreditation initiatives and manage projects from conception to completion. Play and instrumental part in propelling engagement forward through effective communication, analysing student feedback, and sharing compelling data trends. Your responsibilities will include: Contributing to the Faculty's objectives by leading and executing initiatives enhancing learning, teaching, and the student experience, while undertaking and monitoring projects on curriculum, assessment, process improvement, and accreditation for Law programs. Scoping, implementing, and delivering teaching and learning projects, maintaining oversight of activities, deliverables, and risks, while evaluating progress against key objectives and identifying opportunities for successful delivery. Maintaining a sound knowledge of university Policy and Procedures, reliably applying these and providing compliant advice. Undertaking research into policy or procedural matters, reviewing and analysing data and literature, formulating recommendations, and preparing briefing papers, presentations, and supporting materials. Who We Are Looking For You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to produce high-quality reports, communications, and presentations. Your capacity to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders is essential, as is your ability to influence and negotiate successful project outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in managing and coordinating projects collaboratively within the team. Your exceptional organisational skills allow you to effectively prioritise and deliver results under pressure. Experience in tertiary education, curriculum design, or engagement with regulatory bodies and education providers will be advantageous in this role. You will also have: An undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience and qualifications. Robust analytical skills to interpret, present, and leverage quantitative data to inform decision-making. Proven ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within deadlines, both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated success in collaborating on policy, procedure, and initiative implementation. Exceptional skills in report writing, presentation development, and producing high-quality communications. This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
