The Role To be successful in these roles, we are looking for values aligned individuals for a number of inbound call centre roles. You will be operating within the Consumer Services Department responding to customers regarding billing, setting up accounts, updating customer details and responding to a range of account related queries. These roles are fulltime, 38-hour weeks working between the hours of 7am-midnight, 7 days a week. This role involves minimal outbound calls, with a strong focus on following due process and record keeping.
