Job Description Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of consumables orders, ensuring timely delivery and efficient stock levels. Act as the first point of contact for incoming queries to the warehouse from both internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries where appropriate and escalating to the required officer when required. Updating any required records such as scorecards or dashboards to support the warehouse team in managing KPIs Order directing as required Provide support to the inventory controller, undertaking ad hoc inventory tasks as required Support the employee induction process Coordinate the ordering, updating and return of staff access fobs and/or keys. Address any operational issues, discrepancies, or customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Ordering of weekly groceries Adhoc or manual order or dispatch entry Provide support to the warehouse team as requested Liaise with and external stakeholders to resolve any complaints or issues Provide exceptional and timely customer service Participation in stock takes both full stocktakes and schedule cycle counts
