As a Senior Officer, Admissions and Scholarships, you will: Providing advice to prospective students and staff on interpreting policies, procedures, and administrative processes for higher degrees by research. Assessing higher degree by research candidature applications in collaboration with key stakeholders, and coordinate the admissions, assessment, and enrolment processes in compliance with university policies and procedures. Managing admissions and enrolments for higher degrees by research, including complex qualification assessments, processing international student applications, issuing offers and COEs, and handling enrolments. Resolving issues independently, maintain systems and records, prepare statistical reports and correspondence, and perform general administrative tasks. Engaging in process improvement activities, adopt new ideas to enhance HDR candidature management support processes, and collaborate respectfully and inclusively with team members and stakeholders.
