As CARS24 Customer service manager your biggest job will be to ensure the team are delighting our customers You will be supported by an enthusiastic, energetic team of people who are also customer-first, and you will receive all the necessary training you need to succeed in this role. We are looking for people with a genuine passion for customer service first and foremost - coupled with a positive outlook, and proactive “can-do” attitude. You will need a great phone manner and excellent email, chat and social media skills. Developing procedures concerning customer experience Operational efficiency with the customer experience call centre team Assist with managing and leading the team of customer service specialists, including development and mentorship Coordinating after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure high NPS and reviews Liaising with other areas of the business organisational units the respond and solve issues for customers Requirements A Diploma level qualification two years work experience.
