Opportunity to join a growing team in an inbound call centre role. Offering on-going training and support. The Company: JK's Client is one of the world's largest IT service companies whose vision is to help the businesses they partner with to deliver and drive technology led transformations. Having been ranked number one for customer satisfaction their focus has remained on ensuring customer satisfaction and case efficiencies. They currently have roles available in a particular department of their business, calling for passionate customer service operators. The Role: You will be given the opportunity to learn from market leaders regarding customer satisfaction along with gaining experience learning and applying a range of technical information and IT applications, giving you satisfaction at the end of each shift. Within this call centre role, you will be responsible for responding to a range of enquiries and troubleshooting needs for customers within the telecommunications sector. This will require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assist with mobile phone connection and wireless connection problems. These roles require you to work 38 hours a week within 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday. The hourly casual rate is $32.25 per hour. This role will be based in the Melbourne CBD, commencing in the first week of September. You will be provided with comprehensive training to see you succeed in these roles including an induction, 4 week extensive paid training and ongoing support and mentorship. These roles are long-term opportunities with the potential to offer work-from-home flexibility once established.
