In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Manager Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field Carpentry/Building Trade Qualified Insurance building experience highly regarded Construction White Card Understanding of WHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates Current motor vehicle licence Key Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Maximise building turnover by ensuring jobs under construction achieve budgeted timelines and are within cost. Monitor construction personnel to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to achieve Construction turnover. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concern.
