What We’re Looking For: No experience required —this is an entry-level role, and we provide full training. General numeracy and literacy skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and techniques efficiently. A strong desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Comfort in making and receiving a high volume of phone calls. Maturity and resilience, especially when handling sensitive topics related to campaigns like cancer fundraising and mental health.
