Full time Position Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm Competitive salary on offer Northern Suburbs A fantastic full time opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join Australia's largest manufacturer and wholesale distributor of agricultural tractor parts and accessories based in Thomastown. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Warehouse whilst managing, leading and motivating a small team. Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include, although are not limited to: Supervise the day to day operations of the warehouse and delegate work to ensure productivity Process all warehouse administration including preparing pick slips, invoicing, freight dockets, labels and consignment notes using WMS Organise freight Provide leadership and training to operational team members Ensure team meets quality standards, KPI's/targets and customer expectations Manage cycle counts and stock variances Ensure all OH&S guidelines are followed to ensure a safe working environment Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers Willing to be 'hands on' when required to keep workload flowing efficiently To be considered for this position you will have: Previous warehouse supervisory or team leading experience essential Previous warehouse operational experience including picking and packing Solid leadership capability in a 'hands on' role, with the ability to lead, mentor and manage a team of skilled people to achieve targets Intermediate computer skills including experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
