Wests currently have a fulltime opportunity available for a customer focused individual within our New Lambton venue. Bar Usefuls ensure our venues are clean, safe and welcoming to our members and guests. Key responsibilities include: Provide friendly customer service Assist members and guests with Club enquiries Assist with cleaning of any floor spills Maintain cleanliness of amenities and public areas Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning Assist beverage and gaming operations This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning. This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification. Certifications required: RSA & RCG This position requires the completion of a Criminal Background Check (costs covered by the Wests Group).
