This role is critical to ensuring that the operators of Keno within their territory are aware and engaged with all customer offers and product developments at all times. This role is based in Townsville and will support 165 venues from Thursday Island to Prosperpine. You will work remotely and will spend a significant amount of time on the road, visiting the venues with some overnight stays required. Your role will be focused on maintaining Keno distribution footprint and driving turnover through a robust call cycle that focus' on trade engagement, knowledge, training and product presentation in venue. What you'll do Manage designated high value venue partners in a defined region to ensure venues are adequately presented and best in class. Develop sales opportunities and the co-ordination and implementation of new product rollouts, services and upgrades to facilitate the achievement of sales growth objectives and drive performance across the licensed venue network. Coordinate the seamless transition to active status for new sites and installations to increase accessibility of the game throughout the region. Develop and execute approved sales strategies for venues growth through the sell in of promotions, merchandising and other targeted activities to agreed standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at each agent to promote the game of Keno and ensure the game is well presented at all times including POS, promotional displays, stationery. Develop and deliver training to Keno operators relating to product knowledge, driving sales, balancing, bet types and effective promotions. Prepare and supply accurate, timely and meaningful information relating to the assigned territory to all stakeholders, including regular reporting and feedback on effectiveness on sales, training and marketing activity and proposing solutions to gaps. Ensure venues are 100% compliant with regulatory requirements What you'll bring Experience in a customer service industry.
