We are an Australian owned ICT MSP, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, servicing over 50% of the NSW State Government and over 700 enterprise customers Job Details Go to market (40%): Work with the Marketing Manager to build and maintain buyer personas and target audiences. Develop go to market strategies for products and new offers, including collaborating with marketing to develop integrated campaigns for products and offers. Develop, run, and report on (quarterly) customer-centric campaigns for the Sales team through our CRM, HubSpot, and other various channels, to drive engagement, retention, and commercial opportunities. Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and identifying improvement opportunities. Ensure the accuracy of CRM data, including the sync between HubSpot and Dynamics. Sales enablement (40%) Enable and educate the sales team on products and campaigns to help them successfully position and sell new and existing services. Create internal product content to enable the sales teams, including pitch cards, battle cards, meeting guides, run training sessions, etc. to articulate the benefits of our products. Create external product content to enable sales and marketing teams, including case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc. to articulate the benefits of our products. Manage our Sales Enablement SharePoint library. Develop and manage "a la carte", ready-to-use "campaigns-in-a-box" for the Sales team to use. Customer/Market Insights (20%): Run win/loss reviews with internal and external stakeholders, including analysing the data to uncover themes to guide improvement. Required Experience At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar marketing and communications role. Track record translating products to customer-friendly messaging, executing marketing campaigns and creating Sales materials. Communications skills, with a confident, personable and professional manner. High level of creativity and demonstrated innovative thinking. Ability to develop and implement systems, processes and procedures to ensure the use of materials. Demonstrated commitment to customer-service, continuous improvement and ethical business practices. Experience working cross-functionally, including Product & Sales teams. Experience in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and others.
