We are a leading agribusiness supplier seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Nutrition Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for proactively managing and growing our client base in western Victoria, focusing on the ruminant segment. What you'll do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on feed and nutrition programs tailored to client needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territory. Travel throughout the region to meet with clients on-farm. Who you are: A highly motivated and self-directed individual with a proven track record in agricultural sales, account management, and business development (or experience as a ruminant nutritionist). Possess a strong understanding of the agricultural sales cycle. Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively. A team player with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between farms is essential. Bonus points for: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce/business or agribusiness. Existing network of contacts within the western Victorian agricultural sector.
