Partner with the best As a Sales Manager - Artificial Lift System (ANP), you'll be responsible for Sales activities. You'll be handling, such as customer facing, and responsible for securing business back to organization. You'll contribute to sales plan for Australia, New Zealand & Papua New Guinea location and defining sales strategy for targeted clients. As a Sales Manager - Artificial Lift System (ANP), you will be responsible for: Being the primary point of contact to external customers to build relationships and ensure seamless service delivery. Interfacing across customers, engineering, and management teams to ensure site operations and maintenance activities aligned to technical requirements. Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment and client conditions. Building meaningful relationships, developing orders & sales plans, facilitating market growth and penetration of our artificial lift accounts. Responding to customer needs for quotes, based on bids and tenders to provide info. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have degree in Engineering or equivalent. Have 3 years or more technical and sales experience in Artificial Lift System (ALS) or Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) Have good oral & written communication with good interpersonal and leadership skills. Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
