Working in Global Sales and Distribution for the Qantas Agency Connect Site team is unique. Not only do we manage the information technology requirements for Travel Agency websites, but we're working on projects across the business that help deliver best-in-class servicing requirements for our indirect channels. The Digital Producer works within a cross-functional team and plays a key role in the planning, viability and timely delivery of digital content, uplift of content strategy and experiences on Qantas Agency Connect sites. Working in a fast-paced team, the Producer will collaboratively work alongside their squad, stakeholders and business partners (including yet not limited to Digital and Business Product Owners, Senior UX Designer, Policy Managers, Communications and Sales and Operational teams) to co-ordinate and implement delivery of digital content projects to meet deadlines and budget. The Producer will also act as a subject-matter expert to help identify opportunities and make recommendations upon receipt of a brief (based on existing resources and capability), as well as proactively advise stakeholders how our digital content can be most effectively leveraged to support travel agents and our commercial objectives. You'll have - 3 years' experience working as a digital / web / content producer or marketer Experience working across a wide range of digital projects (content or product) Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business An understanding of content operations to help drive production and platform efficiency A keen eye for detail to ensure adherence to quality, tone of voice and visual guidelines Ability to use data (such as web analytics), competitive analysis and industry best practices to develop recommendations Creative skills in copywriting and planning editorial to support customer, commercial and SEO/SEM requirements Ability to manage and prioritise multiple briefs to meet delivery or campaign deadlines Experience using Adobe platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target highly desirable or equivalent Qantas embraces diversity and encourages applications from people with disability.
