Learn more at www.ingrammicro.com. About role : Join our high-performance team as an Internal Sales Representative, supporting our Dell Technologies business. This role plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key resellers. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and developing resellers with multi-product capabilities, meeting and exceeding gross profit targets, and actively managing the sales pipeline to support the Business Development Managers (BDM). You will ensure resellers are well-informed about products and promotions, generate accurate quotes within defined SLAs, and serve as the main point of contact for our defined resellers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build and maintain strong relationships with all key resellers via phone, email and occasionally in person. Identify and develop resellers to increase product portfolio capabilities and cross-selling opportunities. Achieve and surpass gross profit targets. Own and actively manage sales pipeline and quote follow up to support business development efforts. Ensure the dissemination of price lists, product and promotional information to resellers. Leverage marketing programs to enhance sales performance, expand territory coverage, and foster growth. Timely response to all internal & external queries, within SLA. Approaching sales engagements with innovative, outside-the-box thinking to create added value. Attend trade and customer events where relevant. About you: 3 years of sales experience with a track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets. Experience with Dell Technologies or selling technology products and software, will be highly desirable. Results-oriented with an ability to take ownership of the region. Strong organisational skills and efficient in high-volume query management. A winning mentality, high levels of energy, drive, and enthusiasm Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships. Effective oral & written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders. Capable of working autonomously and within a team environment. Good negotiation and influencing skills. Intermediate Excel skills. High motivation and competitiveness; Ambitious for a successful sales career.
