What you'll do As a Dealer Sales and Development Manager, you will be the face of Ford sales within your Region. You will engage with Dealers as fundamental partners in all areas of their business, with a specific focus in new vehicle sales. You will counsel and assist Dealers in achieving their sales, profit and customer satisfaction objectives. You will be a problem solver and a solution provider, working independently at times but also as part of a strong team. Results will be key, but relationships will be paramount. The role will be split evenly between our regional office located in Perth and traveling to metro-based dealerships. This role will be reporting directly to our Regional Sales Manager - Central & Western Region (SA, WA & NT). Main Responsibilities: - Engaging with Dealers as fundamental partners in all areas of their business, with specific focus and understanding in vehicle sales. - Counsel and assist Dealers in achieving their sales, profit and customer satisfaction objectives. - Monitoring Dealer performance against key metrics such as vehicle sales, customer satisfaction and market metrics. Holding Dealers accountable for achieving those same business targets. - Supporting Dealers in areas of marketing, business planning, retailing, supply and profitability. - Targeting specific dealerships with development projects to address prioritised issues. - Effective presentation of various Marketing and Sales programs to the Dealer to maximise engagement and the implementation of that program, for the mutual benefit of Dealer and Company. You'll have - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field OR minimum 4 years automotive industry experience in an Aftersales, Sales & Marketing role. - A passion for inspiring and motivating others, along with exceptional decision-making and communication skills Even better, you may have - Skilled in project planning and demonstrating financial acumen and business understanding.
