As an Pre-sales Engineer, you will be a product specialist who prepares content, delivers presentations, understands user requirements, and conveys this knowledge to the rest of the team. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Serve as the technical liaison between Account Advancement and User Success teams. Create presentations and demonstrations showcasing product capabilities. Develop and prepare datasets for user presentations. Conduct discovery sessions with users to define requirements. Develop content such as videos for various delivery modes. Support corporate sales and marketing events. Contribute to written proposal development. Recommend scope of services for User Success. Provide feedback on user interactions to improve efforts. Deliver feedback to Product Teams for product improvement. Stay current with the latest product releases. Participate in Bentley Communities by sharing tips and answering questions. Understand industry standards and make product configuration recommendations. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. ABOUT YOU Strong knowledge of the Utilities or Energy Industries and related Software. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. Ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences. Independent judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products quickly. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
