An impressive opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a lively team that are friendly and supportive The Firm Our client is a reputable Accounting practice located on St Kilda Road and they are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the broader Accounting team. Ideally, you will have 2 years experience in public practice or professional services. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to juggle numerous tasks, and have a strong eye for detail. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO Using the APS Database, CAS, ATO and ASIC Preparing and lodging ASIC forms Collation of financial statements and tax returns Preparing letters associated with these Assisting with Debtors Preparing invoices/billing Client contact and liaison Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Professionally presented Positive attitude and eager to learn Certificate III in Business is highly regarded You will work within a team environment, in a firm that has an excellent, supportive culture How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
