What to expect from a Business Development Manager position: Industry leading uncapped commission structure. Develop and build relationships. Selling a trusted brand of over 30 years Established customer base with the opportunity to work with continual referrals Internal support from experts in the industry Build and present customer focused proposals. Develop and manage your own new client portfolio. Support from an experienced sales and marketing team. What will you need: People skills is a must and high priority for this position A driven attitude with a desire to consistently look for new work. No sales experience necessary. We will show you the ropes. Experience with selling a service over a product is highly desirable Trade qualification or Degree in Business advantageous for the right applicant. Experience in a marketing or real estate would be a great asset but not a necessity.
