Lindsay Fresh Logistics is currently seeking a TUG driver with a HC or MC licence to join the team based at Brisbane Markets, Rocklea. The Role: Lindsay Fresh Logistics is currently seeking a TUG driver with a HC or MC licence to join the team based at Brisbane Markets, Rocklea. This role is a full-time position working Tuesday – Saturday. Start time between 5am and 6am. Primary duties of the role include: Driving the Tug Truck / Yard shunt taking trailers on and off dock Hooking and unhooking trailers Backing double and single trailers onto docks and in the yard Coordinating drivers within the yard Communicating effectively via 2-way radio Engaging in accurate and time sensitive moving of freight Re-fueling tug vehicles. Communicating with floor supervisors to know what trailers they need on and off dock The candidates we are looking for will have; A current HC or MC drivers licence and experience in this licence class TUG Driving Experience Swing Lift Experience (not essential but a willingness to learn) MSIC card (preferred) Basic Fatigue Management accreditation (preferred) A commitment to workplace health and safety (essential) To be successful for this role applicants must; Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test Provide a current traffic print out If you’re successful in joining us, you’ll be joining a team where creativity, diversity and innovation are encouraged.
