About the role Reporting into the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for leading the development and deployment of customer account plans and the deployment of InfraBuild Wire’s segment strategies and market offers to improve its market position. You can be based anywhere in NSW and report to the InfraBuild site at Newcastle. Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering both volume and price sales budget for Newcastle and surrounding suburbs • Assisting in setting price and volume budgets • Coordinating with our direct customers and understanding their needs at different levels in the chain • Maintaining relationships between key accounts and internal stakeholders • Exploring and delivering new business opportunities, and capturing and communicating the market/ competitor intelligence • Negotiating price and improving the profit per customer as well as maximising profit for InfraBuild • Providing monthly updated sales volume forecasts for the following 12-24 months You will be someone who values teamwork, safety and continuous improvement. You will manage a customer base of manufacturers primarily. • Industrial sales experience, or sales engineer • Knowledge of Wire Products, Processes and Standards is desirable • A passion for development and achieving results.
